Our transfers are printed on high-quality Heat Transfer Vinyl printer with Eco-Solvent ink. The vinyl is UV rated for up to 5 years and should not crack or fade with proper care. They can be applied to any material that can withstand a heat press. The transfer comes to you ready to weed, transfer, and press. You will need mask to transfer the vinyl from the carrier sheet to the garment.
Recommended HTV Instructions
Press at 320° for 15 seconds. Peel off transfer mask and press with a Teflon sheet for another 10-15 seconds.
Our designs are printed on high-release paper and transferred using your heat press.. You will need to use 50%-100% Polyester materials or specially coated sublimation blanks. The higher the poly counts, higher the color quality. Lower poly counts will result in a more vintage look. The combination of heat and pressure converts the solid dye particles into a gas and bonds them to the polyester fibers. The dye is absorbed by the fabric for a soft to the touch feel.
Recommended Sublimation Instructions
Press at 400° for 60 seconds. Lift the transfer paper and let cool. Be careful not to move the transfer to another place on the material as it might result in “ghosting”. You will not need transfer mask for sublimation transfers.
Are your transfers Ready to Press?
Yes! Each transfer is printed and cut and all you will need to do is weed it and transfer it with masking tape. We do not weed our transfers prior to shipping due to the delicate nature of our designs. You simply pull away the excess white vinyl around the cut lines prior to applying the transfer mask and transfer the design to your project.
What is your Turnaround Time?
Orders are custom printed and shipped to you normally within 5-7 business days of payment date. However, there are times that due to heavy volume we run slightly behind and orders can take up to 15 business days processing time. You are always welcome to message us to check your order or make sure we can get your order shipped out by a specific date.
My order has a problem. What now?
If there is a problem with your order. We will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Please be sure to message us within 72 hours of your package being delivered so that we can quickly address the issue. All requests received after the 72 hour mark will be considered on a case by case basis.
How do I personalize my order?
If you require personalization above what the item listing shows, please use the link on each listing to purchase this option. Certain requests may require an additional email follow up.
Do you do custom orders?
I’m sorry not at this time. If you have an image that you need printed we will consider it on a case by case basis, but we cannot put any additional design or editing time in for this order. To inquire please email us at email@example.com and we will work out the details before creating a custom listing for you. Please keep in mind that no copyrighted artwork will be created for sale.
Can you create a design for me?
I am so sorry, but we do not offer custom designs at this time.
Do you sell the digital version of your designs?
Yes!! You can find all of the Alpha Exclusive designs at www.alphaliciousdesigns.com under printables.
We also sell designs created by Soul & Grace Designs and these can be found in her shop on Etsy.
Can I use your images for pre-sale?
Yes, we will offer Mock Up images in our Facebook Group (Alpha Print Co Club) that you are welcome to advertise with as long as you add your watermark. If you do not have a watermark I would recommend the Pic Collage app on your phone and adding the name of your business on the image.
